This Field Manual serves as the official Member Resources guide for Resilient Gaming Network. Its purpose is to provide members with a clear and organized framework that explains the policies, procedures, guidelines, expectations, protocols, and operational standards related to RGN. The Member Resources section was created to ensure that all members have access to accurate and up-to-date information regarding how the community operates. This includes community rules, leadership expectations, rank structure information, event procedures, disciplinary processes, recruitment standards, chain of command guidelines, activity expectations, and additional operational documents used throughout Resilient Gaming Network. This Field Manual is designed to help members better understand the structure, professionalism, and standards of RGN while promoting consistency, accountability, organization, and transparency across the community. Members are encouraged to regularly review the Member Resources section to remain informed on official policies, updates, and community expectations.

    Resilient Gaming Network (RGN) is an 18+ gaming community focused primarily on FPS titles and creating a fun, welcoming, and non-toxic environment for gamers of all backgrounds. Our mission is to continuously evolve and innovate while building the strongest version of our community possible.

    At RGN, we aim to bring back the original spirit of gaming, squad up, laugh together, create memories, and genuinely enjoy the experience with others who share the same passion. Beyond gaming, we focus heavily on developing strong leadership, teamwork, and long-term community growth that can last for years to come.

    Our community operates under a military-style ranking structure led by our ownership and leadership teams to maintain organization, structure, and accountability throughout the network.

    RGN is not a business, nor do we claim to operate as one. We are a community built by gamers, for gamers, centered around friendship, loyalty, teamwork, and having a great time together.

    RESILIENT GAMING NETWORK WAS FOUNDED ON MAY 02, 2026

  • Resilient Gaming Network was officially founded on May 2, 2026, by Owners RGN Slayah, RGN Queen, and RGN Purp.

    The creation of RGN came after years of experiences, friendships, hardships, and rebuilding within the gaming community scene. Before the founding of RGN, Slayah was nearly outcasted from his former gaming community, RySe Gaming, alongside a former friend. Determined to create something greater, the two went on to establish Silent Response Gaming (SRG).

    Throughout the growth of SRG, Slayah met many loyal and dedicated individuals including Queen, Purp, Noxul, Crypt, PsychoAli, Victim, and many others who would later become a major part of the community’s foundation and identity.

    Despite the time, effort, and passion invested into building the community, Slayah was eventually separated from the organization he helped create following internal conflict and what he describes as a hostile takeover of the community. Rather than continue the conflict, Slayah made the decision to transfer ownership of the community to another member and walk away from the place he once considered home.

    However, the story did not end there.

    On May 2, 2026, Resilient Gaming Network was launched as a fresh start. Built upon resilience, loyalty, friendship, structure, and the original vision Slayah always intended for his community. RGN was created to provide a safe, non-toxic, and enjoyable environment where gamers could truly feel at home while rebuilding the strong sense of community that inspired its foundation in the first place.

    RGN stands as proof that even after setbacks, betrayal, and hardship, resilience always prevails.

    REMEMBERING SHAWN C. MERCENARY GOODISON

    Shawn was more than just a supporter of RGN and RGN Slayah, he was family. Tragically, Shawn passed away on September 13, 2025, but his legacy and memory will forever remain a permanent part of RGN’s history.
